In my approach to coaching, the intentions I set for my clients are to be open and curious about their life.
I hope to create a space where they can safely explore and express what motivates them and what drives them. I invite them to look inside to seek what they truly want or need and be curious about what the barriers in their life, real or perceived, represent, and give them the tools and courage to move forward.
The coaching journey goes beyond jobs and position titles, or roles people play in their family and community life. I am curious about my client's dreams and support them as they craft their path to living them fully. My intentions for my clients are to uncover new possibilities and new perspectives. To create an experience that connects the mind with the body and the world surrounding them, allowing them to learn from emotions, images or physical feelings that come along.

30 minute intro call, coaching 'taster' session to help us decide if we want to work together
60-90 minutes to clarify client's goals and objectives, outcomes they wish to achieve and how success will be defined. We will design a coaching relationship and agree on mutual expectations.
Coaching sessions begin. Typically, clients book 6 months or 12 months in advance. We meet once or twice a month depending on the client's preferences. We will meet virtually or in person depending on the client's location and local government safety measures.
During the 6 or 12 month coaching period, half way through and at the end, we will assess overall progress and how to sustain what the client has learnt.
Depending on the nature of the coaching agreement, we might decide to use a variety of coaching methodologies, tools and approaches. For example LMF and/or LCP.
